Table Set for A Girly Christmas Brunch

Girly Cupcakes for a Christmas Brunch

I decided to invite a few girl friends around for a Christmas brunch, to catch up and to say thank you for just being great friends.  A simple Christmas table setting was required,  as the Christmas brunch would be more about conversation and catching up than eating.

To brighten up the table I decided on a long tartan runner over crisp white table linen, and a centrepiece of vivid red roses in a simple vase.

Single stemmed twisted candlesticks for a little drama with white tapered candles.

Reindeer votives, white linen napkins folded on white porcelain, and sparkling glasses to finish the look.

A scattering of different sized white heart shape dishes for serving fruit and nibbles.

Serving of bucks fizz on arrival to celebrate the forthcoming Christmas.  A mixture of pastries, miniature mince pies and girly cupcakes were much appreciated.

All that was missing is the festive crackers.  Treat your dear friends at Christmas!
