Hands and nails

The latest nail polish trends suggest it is time to be bold with your nails and add a dash of colour.

It seems anything goes for nails at the moment, and having nails painted in different shades or two contrasting colours seems very hip.

Pink and black are very striking – pink on the thumb and index and black on the rest. It may be a little different for most, but will definitely give your girlfriends something to talk about.

If two tone is a little too adverse then why not have your nails embellished with crystals, some fabulous nail art, or just use a deep intense lust shade to brighten your finger ends and even your day.

There are endless bright colours available on the high street for your nails and and you will be very smittened with these fabulous eye popping shades I have just discovered from John Lewis.  These eclectic shades of nail polish made exclusively in the UK  for  John Lewis are bright, metallic and neutral, with great inspirational names to draw your attention.  Each nail polish colour has taken its name from an iconic or uniquely British institution. There are some dazzling colours for spring and summer.

I read a little tip from an expert Lorraine Griffin this week. To find the perfect coloured nail polish for your skin tone just hold the bottle against your hand and if it brightens and lifts your skin tone then you have got the perfect match.

Hands and Nail Cream

One more little tip from myself is to remember to use a very good hand cream like  Tropical Bergamot Hand & Nail Cream which will keep your hands and nails healthly, especially if your hands are often in water.

Natural and organic Tropical Bergamot Hand & Nail Cream is suitable for moist skin types and will moisturise and nourish hands and nails, rejuvenating them.

Let your fingers and toes dazzle this spring and summer.
